Where We Ship
We ship across Canada (all 10 provinces and 3 territories) and to all 50 US states. Every order ships free, with no minimum.
Free Shipping, Always
Every order, every destination. No minimum purchase. No surprise fees at checkout or at the door.
For shipments to the United States, we cover all customs duties and taxes (Delivered Duty Paid). The price you see at checkout is the final price — no broker fees, no border charges, no duties owed on delivery.
Shipping Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same business day. Standard transit times after dispatch:
Canada
- Ontario, Quebec: 1-2 business days
- Maritimes, Manitoba: 2-3 business days
- Saskatchewan, Alberta, BC: 3-4 business days
- Yukon, NWT, Nunavut: 5-10 business days (special handling)
United States
- All 50 states: 5-6 business days
Carriers
Canadian shipments dispatch via Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or Canpar, selected by weight and destination.
US shipments dispatch via Freightcom, our multi-carrier shipping partner, which routes packages across UPS, Purolator International, FedEx, and USPS depending on destination and service level.
Tracking
You will receive an automated email with tracking information once your order ships. Track your shipment using:
- The link in your shipping confirmation email
- Your customer account on our website
Order Processing
- Monday-Friday: orders ship same-day if placed before 2:00 PM ET
- Saturday-Sunday: orders received are processed Monday morning
- Statutory holidays: orders process the next business day
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Call 514-295-3883 or use our contact form
- Provide your order number and tracking number
- For damaged items: photograph the package and contents before unpacking further
We work directly with the carrier on your behalf and ship a replacement within 1 business day for confirmed cases of carrier loss or damage.
