What you need
- 1/2 in (12 mm) tempered or laminated glass panels
- 4 anchors per spigot: concrete wedge anchors or GV Hardware spigot screws (wood/steel: lag or through-bolts)
- Drill, level, torque wrench, Allen key (included)
Installation in 6 steps
- Lay out spigots: maximum 450 mm (18 in) from each panel edge, 2 spigots per panel minimum (check your local code, pool fences often require tighter spacing).
- Mark and drill the 4 base holes, clean the dust.
- Fasten the base, check level, tighten anchors evenly.
- Insert the rubber gaskets, slide the glass in on setting blocks.
- Tighten the clamp screws gradually and evenly; plumb each panel using the built-in adjustment.
- Check panel alignment and gaps (typically 25-50 mm), then final-tighten.
Care
2205 Duplex resists chlorine and salt far better than 304/316. Rinse with fresh water a few times a year near pools or the sea. Clean powder-coated (matte black) finishes with mild soap only, no abrasives.
