Shipping policy

At GV Hardware, we offer free shipping to all addresses in Canada and the 50 US states, with no minimum order requirement.

Free Shipping — Canada and United States
All orders within Canada and the United States ship free, regardless of order size or weight. There is no minimum spend to qualify.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — US Orders
For orders shipped to the United States, GV Hardware covers all import duties and applicable customs fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay — no surprise charges upon delivery.

Transit Times
- Canada: 1 to 3 business days for most provinces
- United States: 5 to 6 business days to all 50 states
Transit times do not include order processing (typically 1 business day).

Carriers
Orders are shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or Canpar in Canada, and via integrated US carriers for cross-border deliveries. All shipments include tracking, sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Wholesale and Contractor Accounts
